Got paperwork

Got a new 50 pages of docs from ANOTHER lawyer this weekend. Trying to get through it. Thought you might want to see what paperwork looks like after three years LOL Everything you see on the desk is involved

I was audited once - like 13 yrs ago- I lost 45 lbs from the stress and a tooth- it was a totally random pull of my "number" when I finally convinced them that I needed to talk to an actual person- I met the tax guy from the irs- he met me and my newbaby- deemed that I did infact had a child and could claim him- DUH- he was in kahki shorts and a tie dye shirt- he said to me " let's do this quick I gotta get to Pittsburgh for a Jimmy Buffet concert"
Honestly- I cried- it was horrible being sent all the registered mail- i have developed a weirdo fear of the mail box! I am not kidding-
my heart goes out to you Hermit!

Good luck TNH. Good you are reading the fine print. Reading it may just save your situation, yet.

I hope this mean's good news in regards to keeping your home? I remember reading about a poster stating they thought you got the poop end of the deal and thought a new pair of eye's might see something that might have been over looked in your favour? I don't know you but my heart surely goes out to you in particular with reading about your situation! Hugs,Brenda

If you don't mind, I'll be praying for your situation. You did absolutely nothing wrong and should not have to deal with all this garbage. I pray that someone in a position of power realizes that the mort co messed up big time. While I know you don't want to be CEO, I pray that you get compensation for all this unwarranted harasment.

Hey, I work for an attorney so that doesn't seem like all that much paperwork. The file I'm currently working on is about 10" thick. The key is lots of labeled sub folders so you can find what you're looking for -- well usually.

Hey! At least this means the whole thing hasn't gone stagnant right? Your not dead in the water yet Mister!!!

I'm actually feeling a little bit optimistic for you - despite all the reading you have to do! Your poor little eyes must be just burning!!

I bet if you stack this up its that high LOL.. I got more coming in the mail. I think the worst part is that no one wants to spend the time or really be truthful. Every-time I turn a around some body is feeding me BS or they got something screwed up. Some of the fees they charge ,like inspection, never even happened, And pmts are creditably way after I quit. But nobody wants to look at that. Gotta have money!!!
ANd Thanks

I thought I was going blind this morning. Didn't seem right since I had slept but I could hardly focus after last night. Still have the rest of the week to spend on it and app again on Friday morning. Been workin in the shop to relax a little.
ITs amazing how much money they charge on someone that is filing bankruptcy, You can't afford it. SO still gotta make that decision. Hopefully I get to stand them up against the wall someday
