I also heard them on the survival podcast. He is a doctor and she is a nurse if I remember right. Very informative and realistic. Their approach is different from other survival medicine books. Most others basically tell you how to stabilize someone when you are in remote areas and it will take time to get to a hospital. Then, you get them to that hospital. This book assumes there are no hospital facilities available and you are on your own. While I haven't read it, the podcast indicated there are lists of things you need to have on your prep list. Also a good deal of info on using medicinal herbs and essential oils. The fish MOX discussion was something I had never heard of.
It is in my amazon shopping basket now waiting for me to be able to order it.
