Durum Wheat For Pasta

I have both Hard Red and Hard white wheat Preps taken care of. Does anyone know of bulk sources for both Durum wheat and soft white wheat??? I don't need it packed, I can take care of that myself if necessary. I guess I should look for some rye also. I am looking for the wheat in berry form, not flour.

I know Pleasant Hill Grain has all three, but theirs is packed in 5 gallon pails.

Honeyville sells rye and soft wheat by the sack, but not the durum.

Durham for pasta? I've never made it before, but would like to. On the Food Network, they use semolina flour to make pasta. I was going to look for some of that.

we contacted a local food co-op, health food type store and asked if they would do a special order. We were able to order it in 50lb bags, along with soft white, among others.

we had to travel a ways (170 miles one way) to pick it up, but we got a good discount for buying a bunch at a time, made it worth the trip.

Whole Earth foods and those types of places may be able to do the same for you if there are any within a decent driving range of you.
