I need you positive energy and prayers for DH today!

He has a job interview for a job that he is uniquely qualified for...he has anxiety issues and has been giving up what he uses to self med. with but boy is he on edge...the job is 25 miles each direction...3x his former job but its work!
(if I had a vallium I'd give it to him!)

The better job where health ins. is about $50 a week and profit sharing and 401k has not opened yet but the guy has called a couple times reassuring DH that he is first choice when someone leaves/retires.

So if you can....share your positive thoughts and prayers...I appreciate it!

He needs to work....and I need him out from underfoot!

Praying it goes well for him.

My dh has an interview thursday afternoon. It would mean a longer commute for him, but his present job announced they are cutting his pay by 50% starting the 1st of May, so he has got to find something else asap!

Goodluck wags!

Well the first words were " the company president has put on a hiring freeze" followed by "we cant pay what you were making but our insurance is less money and better coverage"...DH said it went well and they all (store boss and regional mgr had mutual contacts/previous employers) They want him, but have to approach the company president...it will be a couple weeks likely before we know...

DH bit his tongue bloody to manage his nerves.....sad.

I too have anxiety issues & when forced to do something I tell myself to "act" the role to get through it. It's exhausting but is my only fallback.

Please have your hubby go to the doctor and get some meds for his anxiety. There is no reason to suffer when there is help available.
Good luck on the Job!
