whole egg powder or powdered scrambles?

Could someone tell me the difference in whole egg powder & powdered scrambles? Trying to decide which to order for long term storage.
Thanks!

I feel the whole egg powder is more useful, as it's good in baking. It can be scrambled as well so I never really understood getting something that's scrambled already.

Thank you! That's what I was thinking as well, but wasn't sure.

Whole egg powder can be used in cooking and baking. Scrambles can not be used where you would need a raw egg, such as cooking and baking.
