Signing agent has many meanings

Entertainment and sports
Power of attorney
And personal reps.

You might do better if you could be clearer.

I am sorry I was not clear - I meant notary signing agent. An independent person who can facilitate signing of loan documents outside of a title company/attorney office. The financial institution sends them the documents and they travel to the client to do the signing.

Banks have that available for people. Not a big deal at all. Walk in get a document notarized, walk out.

Every bank and many pack and ship places have notaries.
Banks require them for their loan documents
Pack and Ship places (Fed-Ex/Kinkos and UPS Stores) have them to make it convenient for their customers.
