Blog of interest

I rarely suggest looking at a blog. This is one to notice.

Harry, I admit; I just perused that blog. Is it still possible to earn 10% on any investment? I honestly thought it wasn't.

The percentage is high, the concepts remain. Netflix, Google, and gas & oil still look strong.

Harry

Not trying to be controversial, if anyone truly believes there's going to be some kind of SHTF, why would they invest in these kind of investments?

Good question. The basic rule of investing rather than gambling is diversification. Even in a SHTF situation some stocks can hold or gain value.

Rental properties if purchased at the right price can yield 10% or greater after expenses.

I figured we got 16% return on our rentals, but then I built them for cash as we went, rolling the rents of the first into the next and so on.

When I cashed them out ( sold them ), it was a heck of a tax year...

Yeah....good blog Murphy. Most folks never get that kind of info, unfortunately.
