I saw a video about this yesterday. It's longer, shows more detail. There's also a blooper video that is available at the end of this one. It's cute, shows one lady asking for something small (I forget what now), and Santa tells her "You're really going to wish you asked for a big screen TV", lol!

WestJet is a great airline. Apparently 3 women asked for a man. Santa could not deliver a real live one so he gave them a Ken doll and free flights.
