and I can't figure out how to load pictures

Click on the thumbnail of your pic, which makes it a bit bigger.
Then there is a row of icons above it, with the facebook, twitter, google+, etc.
Click on the icon that looks like a chain, it says "get links" (I think).
Then select the bottom link in that window. It is titled IMG codes (for forums, boards).
Paste the link in and there you go.
