that's losing their current insurance & can't access the website to shop for new insurance ? My wife only has two weeks of open enrollment to decide if she wants a new policy through her current insurance provider or if she might want to go with a different provider . Not being able to access the website eliminates being able to shop & compare .

DH was notified early in Oct that BC/BS was dropping him. He's looked w/much frustration for what to get...hi deductible/hi co-pays. Unclear on how to state our income too. He's also leary, since none of the websites are secure enuf to prevent identy theft, etc.
When 65% of sm biz & 45% of big biz drop insurance its really gonna get scary.
