It's in line with the new political correct thinking that there are a disporportionate number of black males incarcerated and no one can make anyone say that it is because blacks are more prone to commit crimes. The conclusion derived from that is that, since it can't possible they committed a crime in disproportionate numbers, it must be because the criminal justice system is biased against them.
However no one can actually figure a way to fix this bias, so the result is this suit. Very logical once you get over that first hurdle of non-logic.

The Obama's admin. truly knows first hand how vetting appicants for jobs or positions could impact acceptance from those in a position to hire, vote for or support. Note every historical drop of varifiable infor for someone is sealed and we only have the info to support his history by he himself.

So, the EEOC (Ethnic Enforcement Oversight Commission) demands private companies stop checking for criminal backgrounds, even though they check all applicants on a non-discriminatory basis.

Maybe schools should be telling their students "if you go to prison, don't expect to find a good job when you get out". Or maybe parents should be telling them. Or maybe they should figure that one out themselves. Or maybe society has a right to say "you screwed up your life, not us, deal with it.
