Did good at the farm equipment consignment auction yesterday. :)

I went to a local auction yesterday and did pretty good... I sold my old square baler for a bit over half again what I paid for it umpteen years ago after using it for something like 14 years. Then I reinvested part of the profit buying things a bit more useful to me in todays situations. I picked up a dandy 3 point tractor mounted seed/fertilizer spreader for 55 bucks, an antique cast iron corn bread pan for 3 bucks and a half inch drive impact wrench for our boy for another 5 bucks. I also got myself a might fine pork shoulder bbq sammy for a buck. I had nice visits with several old friends and neighbors (always a bonus at these sales) and found a buyer for my four heifer calves (born last summer here on the farm) he is to stop by today to pick them up. All in all not a bad day... fattened my bank account by about 3 grand, found a few bargains and had a really good time doing it!

I havent seen any marks on it, but I havent gotten it cleaned up yet either. It will most likely end up just hangin on the wall with all the other odds and ends of junk I manage to collect.
