UK school bans triangular flapjacks after injury

Umm, what do they put in those things rocks?

A school in England has banned triangular flapjacks after a pupil was injured by one.
Dinner staff at Castle View School in Canvey Island, Essex, were told to cut the treat into squares or rectangles following the incident.

It's not the flapjacks that hurt people.. it's the people that throw them...

It really is amazing.. At the rate they are going, before long EVERY material item is going to be banned..

Maybe they just need to feed them gruel. Don't know if I should laugh at the absurdity but not being PC I cracked up.

Correct, in the UK a flapjack is a crunchy oatmeal based bar like a granola bar.

Yeah, if 3 sharp points were too dangerous, let's add one more

In the US they solved the problem by making them all round and soft and floppy.

In my day, if they'd thought about it, the teachers themselves might have used one to poke your eye or rap your knuckles with for not sitting up straight in class

Flapjack armed lunch ladies. If the hairnet doesn't scare you, the pastry will.

If you think that is bad, wait till you see large capacity paper plates!!!
The schools will have to go on lock down if those are not banned right away!! If they get into the wrong hands..........
No telling what may happen.
