Florida's Fifth District Court of Appeal ruled Wednesday that Judge Kenneth Lester should enter a motion to disqualify himself in George Zimmerman's second-degree murder case. Zimmerman's attorney Mark O'Mara asked the court earlier this month to overturn a previous ruling by Lester not to leave the case.

That judge needs to be disciplined; his bias was evident to anyone even remotely familar
with the case. Unfortunately, the damage has already been done to Zimmerman's 'presumption
of innocence'. He should never have been arrested in the first place! The investigation showed
that he did nothing that he should be charged with, but the liberal media and those in positions
of power that could be used to gain political advantage thru guncontrol, as well as racial division,
did not want to let a ready-made crisis go to waste. The crisis is, that it was allowed to go as far
& as long as it did and continues to do so!

The judge should have been disqualified a long time ago.
