Thurday 4.19
Fri 4.13

Ak prices sorta suffer jet lag. What happens to the 48 hits up a bit later. Our Gas prices go up when you all go down and we go down as you go up.

I will fill up spare tanks

REPORT: Gas prices to rise significantly in next 48 hours

(Press Release) Wisconsin, WI- Motorists should be aware of the likelihood of rising gas prices in the next 48 hours in Wisconsin.

"I expect a majority of gas stations to have increased prices at least 10-35 cents per gallon by Friday evening with most stations starting to raise prices as early as Thursday morning when compared to today's prices. Some areas in Michigan and Indiana may flirt with $4/gallon," said Patrick DeHaan, GasBuddy.com Senior Petroleum Analyst.

If I read it right the pipeline loss was 1200 gal? That seems like a very small leak. I would think that would be a very fast repair to cause gas prices to raise as much as .65 cents a gallon in three states. If that is all it takes we are in very deep trouble!

It was 1200 Barrels~!
42 Gallons to a barrel.
Never the less the leak was fixed and they were about to turn it back on, and our lovely EPA said nothing doing .
Keep it closed until you have paper work done as to what happened, how you repaired it, and how are you going to improve things so this does not happen in the future.
So the Closure of the pipeline made by the epa is stopping the oil from flowing again.

We jumped from $2.99 to $3.39, but then we had a refinery explosion last week, so I actually expected more of a jump than that, lol! They're always quick to raise prices before it even has a chance to affect them, but real slow to bring them back down when the crisis is over! :P
