It's hard to believe someone would pull that stunt in Cajun country. Those boys know where the alligators are!

I wonder why they haven't gotten the military man to speak up? All this is based upon what one man said he saw, while the store owners disagree. Workers have said they have served Military members before, so whose right?

To settle it up, why don't they produce the military member that was refused service so he can settle the issue?

Not only that, but it is funny to hear the guy say "-------" over and over, many times. Being Indian heritage, the owners are more than likely Hindu, but of course, that is also different than the guy filming, so probably get the same treatment.

Good luck to em in their quest, but it would be better if they had the guy that was refused.

We haven't heard either side speak-up, just the guy who was talking in the clip. It's clear that this guy has a problem with the gas station owners, so he evidently has a bone to pick. I suspect that his perception of this incident is warped.

I googled the issue, found a news article that talked to the owners of the shop and a worker who has been working there. The owners say the accusation is false, as does the worker who talks about serving military personnel.

To me, the owners aren't going to turn anyone away, money is money, regardless of who is spending it. Once, or if, they locate the military member they may be able to clear up some things, but until then, I agree. It sounds as if some one has an issue with the owners, you know those 'ragheads'.......

Or, perhaps the owners will turn over the surveillance tape that shows the man was served or whatever, and we could decide from there.

Just found this clip:

News report that states both sides agree that is was a miscommunication with the owner apologizes for the miscommunication..... hmmm, wow, sensible people do exist....

I would still like to hear from the service man that was refused. Wonder where he is.

agreed on the same subject!

Somebody quick. . .check & see if there
hasn't been a tear in the time-space continum,
as it appears that alternative universes have collided!??

Seriously though, the narrator/videographer would have a MUCH
stronger (if not believable) case, if he could/would produce the 'alleged'
serviceman who was not served & interview him on camera. As it is now,
he sounds like a typical backwoods/water redneck who either heard a rumor
(or even started it) and has a perceived beef with the owners of the station.

BTW: Did anyone else notice the Texaco sign & power poles/lines swaying, as if there was a strong wind. . .although there is no evidence down closer to the ground?
Is it just an optical illusion, or were there unseen gremlins trying to take the power out to the station?!!!
