Anyone Else See It?

When the US Supreme Court was getting ready to hand down its decision, I was loading and reloading several news internet sites including CNN. That one initially had a headline that Obamacare had been struck down in its entirety while the others stated it had been upheld. A minute later the headline changed. It reminded me of a "Dewey Beats Truman" moment.

Anyone else catch it?

The mandate to buy HC was struck down. But the Gov. can now Tax/fine us for HC. The Media is stating Facts incorrectly to give Obama a win. Do You understand, the Court ruled that forcing us to buy HC is unconstitutional-but they can Tax the heck out of us for anything they want. So yes I saw it,but not on the Communist News Network.

Who says crime doesn't pay?
Obama did it again, either bribed or threatened somebody to get his way
I'll be glad when he's in prison
Third world dictators have nothing on him when it comes to corruption

We are becoming a third world country.
Why should our leaders be any different than other third world countries?

Someone just momentarily slipped up.
It's normal journalism practice to have a story written for various results of a decision. Each wants to be the "you heard it here first" source. That's all.

Yes we saw it. The first part of Roberts reading the decision said the mandate was not constitutional under the commerce laws and every reporter jumped on this and that was the headline. CNN continued to run with this for quite some time and then when Roberts was reading about the part about it being constitutional as a tax someone must have told them because suddenly John King was all flustered and backtracking. Megan (what's her name?) on FOX said the same thing to begin with but someone was on the ball and was watching the SC website and caught the mistake sooner so she only ran with it for a few of minutes.

Everyone was just so anxious to be the first with the news. Too bad if it was incorrect.
