Words to avoid using online to keep govt from spying on you

REVEALED: Hundreds of words to avoid using online if you don't want the government spying on you | Mail Online

Just a few short years ago someone would've been ridiculed for suggesting such a thing and been branded a "conspiracy theorist." We're headed towards total loss of privacy and freedom at breakneck speed.

Also read a story on Drudge over the weekend that we are considering letting the UN regulate the internet.

I wonder how many suspicious words I used in this post... but then I'm sure everything on a homesteading board is perused by someone in homeland security daily because people like us are high on their list of potential "terrorists."

Do we cower or do we stand. What is it worth. Yes, my open views may be questioned but being quiet and giving approve by not standing I become the problem too. To stand up and maintain publicly what I think little me just might inspire other to stand as a Norman Rockwell print has done for me.

I wonder how TPTB keep a straight face when they say they're doing this to prevent terrorism. The majority of those words can appear in any given conversation from time to time.

My old joke, about not being concerned if my wife called and said "you forgot your lunch", but would be concerned if she said "you forgot your detonators", doesn't hold true anymore. They're listening/watching everyone for everything.

When the Patriot Act was passed, I was in favor. Boy, was I wrong!

LOL - I'm sorry but that made me laugh - they must employ an awful lot of people if they are going to check up on everyone that uses those words - my favourite was the headline "pork, clouds, and Mexico"!!!!!

Ought to add that I am fairly certain that I am on some sort of hit list after spending weeks and weeks searching online trying to buy a particular product that I had been recommended to have on hand for my goats. I searched and I searched and I searched - must have done hundreds of searches looking to buy this product. Eventually thought to ask my pharmacist about it and he informed me that you couldn't buy it now on this side of the pond as it was a listed substance that can be used in bomb-making or something. So Mr MI5 - if you're reading this - it was for the goats

Before switching to nursing, I was working on my BA in Public Safety with a minor in Homeland Security. I had to write 10 or more papers on all kinds of terrorism subjects, not to mention using the search engine for regular ole homework. I have always been nervous that they'd be looking at me for it. I have nothing to hide, but still. I don't like people over my shoulder.

Well, I wouldn't have thought so - but according to my pharmacist he isn't allowed to sell it any more as it is on some sort of restricted list But I have NO idea what you would use it for - oh well, we'll all be on the list in the end I guess LOL

We have a Cloud 9 Ranch right by us. I hear they serve some pork, as well, and is in the middle of agriculture and did you know that some areas have background radiation? Hehehe...
