Its not a loop hole. Its part of the tax law your elected officals passed. It is doing just what they wanted it to do.

Sounds like we have a lot of govt. employees that are not doing their job.
Time to get rid of them and find some that will do the job.
May have to hire illegals to work for the govt.

It still bugs me I was listening to a Illegal Mexican talking with his wife.She was wanting to move back to a town where Family was and work,he told her no they was staying where they were at because Government Offices were close and they could take more advantage of Freebies.
