Face

Last night we had a fire in our fire pit outside. Left the outside lights on as our almost 3 years old grand daugther was with us. On the side of a tree SE of the house we could see a face. It looked square with 2 eyes a nose and a mouth. Last fall the tree took a good shot of lightening. The face was from shadows from leaves on a branch between the tree and the lights. One of those funny things that would creap out some people. If you have lived in our house long you would not be bothered by this our you would be gone.

Around my house the face was just cool. It is the four in the house that you do not see much that bothers some people. They are my Grandmother,Grandfather, cousion and one other I can not ID. The house has been in the family sense the 20s. The three listed above all died in the early to mid 60s.

Why be so rude?

I think it is cool Gunseller!

My Daddy and Grandaddy are still here, they turn lights off and on now and then to let me know they are thinking of me! Sometimes one of them talks to my dog and she sits and talks back to them, wagging her tail the whole time!!

My family has been on this land since 1868, many generations watching over me, it makes me happy!
