Silly old broad! Everyone knows that a circular saw is better than a sawzall for that job!

No pics and very little details.....pretty much what's been noted already.

She tried using a reciprocating saw on his neck/head area and 'claimed' she was going after an
intruder going out her daughter's window. Police examined the window and noted that it was
secured in such a way that it couldn't be opened more than an inch.....so much for that alibi.
Oh yeah.....and police were greeted with him yelling at her about trying to cut his head off!!!

The best saw to have used would have been one like this:

Maybe an electric chain saw. The gas model wakes the dude up and usually results in a really messy job.

That is unbelievable. Quite literally - if she couldn't come up with a better lie than that she deserves two life sentences without parole. Too dangerous and too stupid to be allowed out.

The soon-to-be ex has already moved back to TEXAS......

However, before she left the state, she had managed to stop by when I wasn't home (and I
might add, in violation of the motion that her attorney had originally drafted for separate domiciles)
and used the key she had kept to enter my residence and one of my antique pistols ended up disappearing.......
I'll admit, that there were a few nights that I stayed up rather late after that.....

However, someone is going to be mighty surprised if they ever try to sell the weapon and it
happens to be checked by law enforcement.......if they'd stayed in Michigan, we'd be looking at
a 5 year prison term and I'm really not willing to have the prosecutor offer them a plea bargain
at this point. The 'offer' to drop charges, was put on the table previously and someone's attorney
rejected any knowledge of the gun's 'disappearance'...... oh well......

My friend's ex broke in through the doggie door. He wasn't her ex at the time, but that sealed the deal.

If it was a cap and ball most aren't considered a weapon by legal standards
