Get so Angry at Cable Companies!

I work for a cable company and they just drive MAD!! The Rangers are in
the 11th inning but for some dang reason NO ONE is showing it ;-( I have
literally 1,000 channels and NOTHING!! Having to listen on the internet...
If it wasnt for the fact that I'm getting most of the channels for free I
would call them up and CANCEL my services!

I don't have cable and instead use broadcast signal from over the air. The station I was wanting to watch a show on was still carrying the game in the 10th inning so I assume they continued until the game was over.

Because of bumping the regular show, which was to follow it throws all of the scheduling off so now I've missed all of the shows I want to see save for the one on another network.

You are upset because it is not carried, and I'm upset because it is. lol Life just isn't fair.

I have Dish and they showed it. It threw off all my shows as well. Lucky I was home and could set it up to record what I wanted. They need to make a recorder that can record what you want even if it gets bumped.

Just goes to show you that liberals are never happy, even when something is free.

I watched both of the games. If you had Dish you can to. Let me know so that I can have the $50 credit for signing you up.

An awesome idea would be to allow viewers to fully customize the content/programming that they actually want to see and whether any programming would be bumped to allow conclusions of extended length shows.

I've never really understood why buffer/filler shows aren't aired following the many sporting events that often run long. The buffer filler would run in full content if the sports event ends on time, or would only fill a portion of the buffer spot to allow the next program to begin on time. Rain delayed auto racing would be an issue however even with buffer spots.

Most cable and satellite subscribers would be much happier if they could select 5-10 feeds for a reasonable amount instead of paying more for 100 in order to get most of the ones they want. Who really wants 3-5 shopping channels anyway? Almost like day long infomercials.

I'm pretty sure it was on the fox network affiliate here.

I don't even have pay TV.
