Please feel free to add any others you are familiar with!!!
A couple things to keep in mind
Keep good records of community service, school activities and honors and awards. Type them up and save them, because youll use them over and over.
Get Several offical signed sealed copies of transcripts and keep them up to date. keep a couple even after you graduate, because you may find some others after you graduate, and finding the conselors can be tricky.
Try for the highest grades you can throughout high school, but dont fret if they arent perfect. Try and send it in anyway. the worst they can do is say no.
Look up scholarships before the beginning of senior year. Write down deadlines andmake sure to get them out early.
Quite a few have deadline of december of the senior year, Some are earlier some are later, but make sure you find them before you fill out all of the application requiremnts
Look all over the place, and I mean all over, it always stings to find out after the deadline and know that there is a good chance you would have qualified
