That is a crock of carp. They took several facts and made up a story that only the ones that don't know the what happened would believe. First the Pine Bluff Arsenal used to burn Phosgene that came from shells the the army had stored there. They finished that two weeks ago. The only planes that can spry is the C-140 and they train crews in the Little Rock Air Force Base. I will not get into what killed the Birds but I guarantee that it was not a gas. When I got that far I quit reading it because I figure that I would sort my sock drawer to do something useful.
