java shouldn't have anything to do with your email.

Give us more detail: What happens when you try? what email do you use?

What you gave us would be like me telling you my car won't start - without more detail could you fix it?

Sorry. I got hotmail.com. I hit it, and the page opens that says Hotmail. I hit that, and it says this cannot be accessed. Its a white page. Has a few things that I can pusth to learn more, But, IT doesent teach me anything ,a dn it dosent quit. I tried hitting, Open my E mail account. Same.

Clear your temp files and try it again.
If you need instructions tell us which browser you are using (Internet explorer, firefox, chrome, etc)
