can't get larger print

OK..checked the other post on making print larger and in fact spoke to internet guy today and he told me how to do it..was fine but then must have done something. He had me find a tool bar and then click view ..but can't find this to do.. Help

When you change by using view, it is only temporary. If you want it to be permanent, follow advice in other thread.
