I find it ironic that people buy Mac's specifically because they are purported to be so easy to use, yet they don't seem to be able to do anything with Mac's.

I wish I could help, but I never go near Mac's. I think it's an allergy.

Macs are cool. My next puter will be a Mac. i have had enough of PC's. I Learned on Apples and Macs (Power PC) and now after having a H-P and now a Dell i am ready to go back to a Mac. Especially now that they are going with Intel chips and now are compatible with Windows Live Messenger. I have several friends I "talk" to by IM'ing using Messenger.
In fact I could Program the Macs that I was using at work, Ands I sure as heck can't program a PC.~!
The Blank Data Base we were using was Double Helix Specifically made for Macs. And I could go in and program that Data Base.~!~
So after 10 years at work using Apples and Mac's I am ready to go back to a Mac!

Micro Soft Office is available or the MAC. Mariner is having a sale on their software. Almost anything you can do a PC you can do better on a Mac Programs are way better on the Mac. The only thing I think the Mac is lagging behind in is gaming. And I don't play games and Cadd. but only cause you can't get autocadd. There is sktechup

Jump on the Mac forums around. There are LOTS of them. I get MacFormat magazine. I think it does the best explaining things to us simple minded folk.

There are also FREE podcasts like "getting behind the aqua" that you can down load on Itunes.

I use Open Office too! It easy to go back and forth from Mac to PC. But not all people are the same. Just some more choices.
