computer will not restart
my second computer crashed will not restart just goes to a little flashing blinker in top left hand corner i tried restarting with restore disk but nothing
i can get to bios setup
it has no anti virus software on it as it is not used for internet it is however
conected to home network and does have access to internet for backups etc
is this likely a hardware failure or virus. also "coincidentally" my sisters computer had exactly the same problem 1 week ago (she purchased a new one)we are not on the same network but do share files for web designe.
if it is alright with the moderators i will welcome opinions as well as for sure
and certain knowledge
