Exactly what I was going to mention Georger. The other rental companies were all running under 5% of their trucks with mechanical problems, U-Haul was a total mess. And a lot of these were US-plated trucks so it isn't just a problem for U-Haul in Canada.

wasn't there one that they pulled the plate and got the bumper too? never let a uhaul get behind you!

Yeah, one officer was leaning on the bumper with one hand to remove a plate and the bumper fell off.

I had a wonderful U-haul experience and am very thankful. Mine was an almost new truck with only 2000 miles on it.
