Just had another thought. If you can clean it out it'd make a fairly good start for a still. Its plumbed, air tight and heatable. Heck it might already have copper pipe coming out, all you'd have to do is add a cooling coil.

They make good (not perfect) stills for for biodiesel. Also for Batch heating wvo for filtering.

I used to make water and feed trough from one. Leave the central vent pipe on the water through and they can't lie in it but the snout will still get to the water. smaller side will be feed trough.

On the dimensions, could make a good grill/smoker.

cut it down and use it as the base for a home foundry. make cool stuff out of your pop cans

Water heaters come up on auction,usually pretty cheap,new,H.D. returns,for what ever reason.Now I have some new ideas.

If you have a place to camp out and want to shower use it over a wood fire, Just make sure that you have running water and a good relieve valve. Just take off the outer shell and insulation and set it up on blocks.
