Any of you folks know anything about the hydraulic pumps that operate from the PTO of a tractor? I know the input r.p.m. is around 540 (I believe) but what can be operated from the pump? (as for h.p.)

HP=(pressure in PSI X flow in GPM) / 1714. If you don't know the GPM, find the displacement in cubic inches per revolution and multiply by the RPM, then divide by 231 to find the GPM. This gives the output HP, not the input HP.
