Hound lovers Concordia Mo.?

Trying to help a young lady find a home for a hound maybe blue tick. Location Concordia MIssouri.

I'd have to see better pictures but that looks suspiciously more like an English pointer than a blue tick hound.

Definitely not a Gascon style bluetick. I think some of the competition bred English type had a little bird dog snuck in, but that one looks more like a pointer than a hound. Pointers have some hound blood in them way back, interestingly enough.
