vent

I have lost my husband and my dog and my kids have gone to college so the fact that my cat is all I have left makes this even more maddening.

A friend of a friend comes over today to help in the yard with his lawn service. super nice... comes in back door when I answered and his dog bolts in behind him. Dog startles cat & chases cat all over the house. Then he gets the dog back in his truck with windows down..My cat wants out but I am worried about dog getting out, ask & he says he won't jump out...15 minutes later the dog is in the yard.. Can't find my cat anywhere and the cat has a habit of disappearing for a week when stuff like this happens.

My cat is going to be nervous forever (if he comes home ) inside his own house.

This guy knows I have a cat..urgggg

He wanted to leave the dog out once he was out in yard but I told him that if he did the cat may never come home...

Sorry I hope your cat comes back soon. Poor thing

He has no business bringing his dog to work and letting it loose in your yard or house for that matter. What if you had non-friendly dogs of your own?
He might be a nice guy but he should be more considerate of his customers and keep his hyper cat chasing dog home!

I agree the guy shouldn't have brought the dog with him. I hope your cat comes back home today.

He had no business bringing the dog to the house and you had no business allowing it!

Has your cat come home yet? I sure hope so!

I would have flipped out on the guy if that had happened at my house.
