No more puppy sitting!!

Sometimes you have to admit failure and this is the day I do it....

My DS and fiance got that sweet adorable lab/sharpei mix and I offered to puppy sit when I babysit for GS... raising a puppy is like raising children, you can only offer advice to the parents but its up to them to take it!!

Well, its been 6 weeks and he is a giant holy terror!! He SCREAMS if you put him in the kennel.... (altho they tell me they kennel train at home) I have NEVER in my life heard a dog carry on like he does when he's kenneled and he'll do it for hours..... He is so hyper he terrorizes my chihuahua and is constantly into things... he whines if a human isn't sitting right there for him to pet him.... (I think he's spoiled rotten!!) I thought of seperation anxiety but according to them, he doesn't act that way when he's at home!!

Can't let him loose in the house as he isn't potty trained yet (try as I might to do that) but I can't do it anymore....

DH told DS last night that they needed to leave him home from now on... its too overwhelming for all of us.... I'm relieved that my afternoons won't be spent in a constant state of "chaos"!
