Feeding dogs dead goat?

I posted this on the goat forum before I realized it probably belongs here.

I had a doe die today. I'm pretty sure she died from an infection from a cut on her teat, though the last few days she had gunk coming from her eye and a runny nose.

Is it safe to butcher her and feed her to the dogs? How about feeding it not cooked vs cooked?

Thank you,
Tiffany

I replied to your post in the main forum. Basically I would have a problem feeding my dogs an animal that died of a systemic infection. A broken leg, of course. Died during birthing, yep. Died of an infection, I don't think so.
