Anyone have an idea? Skin problem

Sorry this is a bit long...........

I have a small flock of Tunis Sheep. 1 ram and 2 ewes. The ewes gave birth on Jan. 21........and Feb. 27. Throughout their pregnancy, I noticed they were itchy. By the time the lambs were born, they had pretty much tore up their coats. I had a lady come this past Sunday and shear them. When the lady was finished, she said she didn't see any lice. (I called my vet who can not come until March 31. They told me you could not see lice real good with the naked eye.) The ram and 1st ewe do not have any spots like this girl. She doesn't appear to still be itchy. Here are the pictures. Maybe someone has an idea? If you do.....what do I treat her with? She has spots where there is absolutely no wool left. Just skin. Up near her neck is soft and looks normal.
The last picture is the ram. His skin is soft and normal with no bare spots of skin showing. The other ewe's skin is like the rams. Normal.

Lice you can usually see crawling around even though they are very small, mites you can't without a skin scraping and microscope. If they were mine I'd do injectable ivermectin and topical permethrin to cover both before they start tearing up their skin and getting infections.

It's probably lice. You can sometimes see the crawling around, but not always. We de-liced our ewes a couple weeks ago because they had some bald patches.

It could also have something to do with lambing stress. Ours didn't go bald until after they lambed.

The wool will usually grow back pretty quickly.

Yeah, you Can see lice, but honestly it took a flashlight in a dark lit barn for me to see them. It can be tough to spot them on an animal that has light wool and skin. I have seen lice make wool fall out just like that.

I use DE in the bedding, reapply every other month or so. Seems to keep the little vermin (lice, mites, what have you) at bay really well.
