Unhappy Weak lamb?

Hi all
I've got a little lamb here who is about 3 weeks old, she was always a slow drinker, but in the last week she's lost her appetite and is looking very poor, she also has slight scours. I've treated her for the scours but they reoccur they are not milk scours that I can see, more green. She had her colostrum, is (or was) drinking 1-1.2 litres per day, has adlib pellets and hay. I've separated her from the rest of the lambs in case its contagious-I'm thinking coccidiosis, although I've never seen it before. I have some antibiotics that can be used to treat coccidiosis, should I give her a dose? The dosage is 1ml per 30kg and she weighs about 10kg, how long should I continue to treat, or is one dose enough?

You'll need to treat for 3-5 days.

Have you given the CD&T vaccine yet? Was the ewe vaccinated before lambing?

If not, I would go ahead and start that also

She's been vaccinated. I've started treatment, fingers crossed.
