Kit issues

OK, so how this started was i brought home a doe from a breeder i had already gotten animals from. I trusted her so guess whos dumb didnt quarantine? well now some of my rabbits are sneezing they get killed ASAP when i see even a hint of snot. Before the snot was the gel butt, they all got separated and culled. my question is this:
Are the rabbits safe to feed to my dogs after all organs have been removed?
or do i need to just toss em in a field and not risk my dogs?

If they were showing signs of illness, I'd cook them before giving them to the dogs as a minimum. If that's not an option, I'd put them in the trash. I'd think throwing them in a field might be a problem.

Is burning an option?

They say that cooking kills everything. I'd burn the organs though.
