Manna Pro: Grow VS. Show?

I raise my rabbits for meat and was buying the show type from Manna Pro because I figured it would be best even though I do not show my rabbits. I just guessed that since it was for show rabbits it must be the higher quality. I realized this may be a mistake since it has 16% protein and the Grow has 18%. I switched to the Grow, any confirmation that this was the right move? Also, will using the lower protein lengthen the time to finish the rabbits substantially? Thanks for the help as always!

I use the Gro formula exclusively for all my French and Satin angoras - which is a show and production herd. The youngsters grow better on it, and the does grow wool and raise litters at the same time. I probably could get away with a lower protein for the bucks, but its easier to feed all the same way.
You'll get other opinions, but it works for me!

I use the all around Pro formula (16%) however, I have noticed that our big Flemish does not maintain her weight well when on it and that our litters do not grow as fast or feel as nice as when we feed them the 18%. Our mini rex and Champagnes do fine on it (except the Champs when they are growing out for meat) I am planning on using the 18% from now on for any weaned litters and for the big Flemish (and Giant Chins if we get back into them)

So just to update I went to grab another bag of the Gro formula and tractor supply is no longer carrying it. So it is back to the all around Pro at 16% until I can fi9nd another carrier.

I chose the Manna Pro Sho because of some ingredients found in it like brewers yeast- which fleas hate, papaya extract- which helps prevent wool block and yucca shidigera which lowers the amount of ammonia in their urine- less odor.

It has min 16% protein, smells nice and my rabbits love it.
I really appreciate that it seems to cover all the bases nutritionally and my bunny barn doesn't stink. Of course proper bedding and maintenance helps with that too, but I feel this quality feed helps reduce the amount of time I have to spend doing that.

Are you sure? It's still listed on their website.

The first time I went to TSC to buy pellets, the clerk told me she didn't think they carried it anymore. A few weeks later, I found that they always carried it-
they just moved it from the bunny aisle to the feed aisle with all the other animal feeds. I guess nobody informed her.

I buy the small bag of Calf Manna from TSC and add about 1 TBS per 1-2lb of food for prego does and kits. Calf-Manna for Rabbits | Manna Pro

The anise in it gives it a strong sweet smell that stimulates their appetite.
