I think it is a teaspon apiece for the young ones, and a tablespoon each for lactating does. It can make their poop loose if one feeds too much. especially adults. If I have a doe that is not producing much milk, I give her a tablespoon in with her pellets and start sprinkling a few pellets in the nestbox at 4 or 5 days. I don't know if they kits really nibble on it or not.
When seeminly underfed kits come out and start eating pellets, I sprinkle some on top the feed for them while keeping the doe distracted so she won't hog it all. I only use it in cases where I have kits that don't seem to be thriving, and ocasionally with a doe that is feeding so well she seems to be becoming thin. It adds substantially to the cost per kit.
