I can't point to any web sites, but in the past I have also had mice problems in my rabbit hutches. Mice are attracted to the rabbit pellets, so mice population goes down when I am careful not to drop food where mice can feed on it. I feed my rabbit a measured amount of pellets a couple of time a day, so there won't be pellets sitting around in the hutches.
From what I have learned, the biggest problem with mice is the parasites they carry. My rabbits have gotten fleas and tapeworm, which I believe came from the mice. I got rid of the tapeworm by coating their food pellets with Perma-guard, and feeding it to them for over a month. I used poultry dust to get rid of the fleas.
