OT poison ivy

When your getting greens for your bunnys and get into poison ivy look for the plant Jewelweed. Has been working great for me. I told a couple of my neighbors about it and it just saved them $40. Their son gets it bad and it takes 2 weeks for pills to work for him. He tried the jewelweed and got rid of it in less than a week. They came over to thank me. I have some poison ivy to pull and as soon as I do I will go rub the plant and I wont get it. GREAT STUFF. Wish I knew about it as a kid.

Jewelweed is great stuff! And the nice thing is, it tends to grow in the same habitat as the poison ivy. How cool is that? Also good for insect bites and minor skin rashes.

This year has been horrible with poison ivy. Every time I weed my flowerbed I find new starts. I am thankful that I have a large patch of jewelweed. Already this year I had it so bad that I couldnt get my ring off my finger was swelled so bad with it. I found a jewelweed plant rubbed it on and by morning the swelling had gone down, no more itch and a couple more applications and it went away. Cool how mother nature puts the cure for poison ivy in the same area. Very handy.
