amonia solution- math problem

I found this article while looking for imformation on rabbits. In it it indicates a 10% solution of amonia will kill cocidiosis eggs. This 1 part amonia to 9 parts water, figured it out.
If you know them, what other ways are their to kill cocidiosis eggs on rabbit equipment?

Household ammonia is usually a 10% solution.

I don't keep ammonia so I can't verify that from a label.

That means I would have to use it straight from the bottle, is that correct? Thats strong stuff.

the label.
How are you planning to use ammonia? It's not something
I, personally, would use inside the rabbitry.

many parasites are destroyed simply by changing the pH of the surface-- so even vanilla, or Vinegar will do the trick, as well. A lot safer than a caustic agent like ammonia!!!

Your right, I am thinking vinegar too. The whole rabbitry including some apple cidar vinegar in the rabbit drinking water.
In my herb studiees they use some thing acidic like lemon juice, vinegar, or grapefruit juice to sofen gall stones and to to stimulate the gall blader to clean it self. won't hurt the bunnies.
I am thinking I may disenfect their feet also with vinegar. Not sure if there would be a benefit doing that or not.
I am in the midle of butchering all the fryers too. The infestation is getting to be less all the time. But it's easier to treat less animals, so in the freezer they go. Still not seeing any problems in the older animals. Only in the meat pens that were tractored.

I use vinegar. There are no harmful odors to worry about like there is with ammonia.
I don't even have ammonia in my house.
