Need help with breeds
I ordered 3 months ago 15 rare breed straight run and 15 brown egg layer pullets from Mcmurry hatchery. Now some were easy to identify BUT after looking at so many pics with frustration mounting I need help trying to figure out some of these! These are all 3 month old almost 4 month old chicks...

The black in the first photo looks like a sex link of some kind.
The rooster in the second looks like a Silver Campine to me. Certainly something with that colouring.
Don't know what hen #3 is, but it's coloured like a Silver Leghorn. Doesn't have the comb or the yellow legs of a Leghorn, though.
Next one looks like a Silver Spangled Hamburg roo, but poorly marked. ? But I'm not sure.
White one looks very soft feathered, and I'd say Cochin except I think they have a single comb?
The next one looks like a Rhode Island Red.
Don't have a clue on the last one.
I'm sure everyone else will be able to tell you what they are.

black in the first pic could be a Black Minorca, the rooster in the seccond pic is an Egyptian Fayomi, the silver pullet in the third pic is a Phoenix, the fourth pic is a Silver Spangled Hamburg, next white rock or jersey giant, next a buff orpington, last is a silver or birchin Leghorn probably,

Thanks for feedback.
KSALguy after looking at hundreds of pictures I was thinking the same as you posted. Couple years ago I did this on a smaller scale and had one that I thought was a Sussex but someone here had said that if she was she was poorly marked so I kept her. After her 1st molting her colors and spots really popped out and she is now one of the most beautiful birds in my flock. All these guys are purebred so I know I am not dealing with mixes, just want to make sure when I sell some off I get the breeds right.
I was hoping that with the rare breeds I would be able to sell in pairs like the Fayomis and the Hamburg <not lucky> hopefully an FFA of 4H will want to buy one of these Roo's.

The white one I had thought maybe a jersey giant too, but the leg color is wrong the 2 I have both have dark legs.
Gahh told ya I have looked at tons of pics ...meant the white rocks have light legs and feet, so Jersey Giant most likely though the blue laced red wyandotte's seem to be slightly bigger.

I think what I have left lost 3 and sold 2
2 white jersey giants
2 buff orphingtons
2 black cochins one is bigger maybe roo
1 partridge Cochins
2 black Langshans 1 is much bigger thinking its a roo
5 light brahmas 2 are bigger maybe roo's
Silver spangled hamburg roo
2 dark Cornish pullets
Egyption Fayoumis roo
black minorca pullet
silver leghorn pullet
1 phoenix pullet, thought I had 2 but noticed the other one though looking similar is smaller and has light legs got a pic of that one
2 that I think are Partridge rocks but soon as I pull out camara they disappear
Why I think the second pic is Partridge rock and not RIR or some simular is that there is a definate feather lacing pattern it just doesnt show well in the pic
Dangit thats only 24 ...seem to be missing one

the third pic is a Phoenix, she has blue legs, the first of the last two pics would probably be the hen to the above silver leghorn rooster, they have yellow legs and upright tails, the seccond of the last two pics COULD be a partridge rock OR it could be a Barnevelder, it depends how she molts out and what color eggs she lays, i dont see anything in these pics that says dorking

Thanks Ksal wish you were seems around here rare breed doesn't mean diddly. Took some of these to the farmers market didnt sell any but did buy a 10 month old blue maran
Think I am going to keep these until they start laying so I can see egg colors.
Though having a hard enough time trying to figure out which one of my hens right now is laying the lavender egg, and have one laying a dark olive egg...I only have 1 easter egger and she lays the blue/green. I do have a maran/ americana cross hmmmm
Ah well 2 more months of feeding these guys, having a real hard time deciding which ones I want to add to my flock and which ones to sell
