Butchering equipment

I've always just used things around the house when butchering time came, but I'd really like to get a few things to make butchering easier. Now I already met someone who makes a nifty plucker, but I would very much like to get a killing cone made of metal. Can anyone recommend an economical place to get one? I'd also like to get a few new knives too.

The best tools I've picked up for processing is a Buck skinning knife from the Walmart hunting department, and a set of shears with a "bonebreaker" from the Kroger/Fry's utensil dept.

Butchering equipment - Poultry I know you said metal but this 7 dollar traffic cone just works as good! Plus it's only 7 dollars! Lol
