clancy and clyde (roosters)

my two roosters do this every day when I feed. I spread the feed, and the chickens flock in. the roosters grab a black hen and hump her. one holds her head and the other one goes for it. they do this every day. not sure if its the same black hen every day or not. why do they do this? by the way, the roosters were hatched this spring.if that matters?
