home grown feed revist and vvolume

now say i have 1 delaware roster how much might it consume a day? how about a actively laying hen? heritage turkey growing and over winter breaders?

now for home grown feed.. what to feed i am thinking supliment of camelina left overs from pressing on demand(ik i cant remember what its called atm) of oil sales. some BOSS also grown maybe pressed and fed the cake. after early summer i will need a fast maturing crop. i am thinking millet fingerling probally as i like the nutritional make up maybe pearl and fingerling. OR wheat is ~16% if the right crop is sewn am i correct.... this is what commercial feed is too right? with calcium and pea or lentil or aussie lupine as protein boost for layers

IF i was to let them out toforage eat bugs and grass and clover. what would a feasable supliment and amount?

thanks and i have read and re-read...
