Egg fertility

I haven't been having much success with hatching eggs. Is there a feed or supplement that I can use to increase fertility? I have 2 roosters with 25 hens.
They mainly get a layer ration and are out on grass most summers.
Thanks

They say to keep protein levels up, if you are breeding. I keep mine on 30% gamebird mixed in with the layer feed.

Is it possible for you to arrange for 2 roos to cover only 10 hens if only for a few weeks? I know 2 roos to 3 hens was overkill but all eggs were fertile. Oh, and all the girls' backs/necks were bare which is 1 reason the roos went to camp.

first off what kind of roosters and what kind of hens? that is a really high ratio, unless you had light breed single comb roosters that is way to many hens to have a good coverage, especially if the roosters are older,

large breeds, rose comb, pea comb, and extra fluffy breeds like Cochin often times have lower fertility and need smaller numbers of hens to have good hatch rates, as a generality that is, there are lots of factors
