When to separate Roosters

We incubated some eggs a few month ago and have ended up with 4 hens and 3 roosters. They are about 10 weeks old and the roosters have started to crow and fight a little bit with each other. We are going to butcher 2 of the roosters, but the are not big enough yet. They are mixed breeds (I think they are barred rock mostly) and I would think it will be a few months before they are big enough. I currently have 7 chickens in a 4 x 12 chicken tractor that is 4' high. We need to build a coop but are in the middle of trying to sell our house and don't know if we are going to be building or staying yet. So in the meantime, do we have enough room? Should I separate them, maybe build another tractor? I do have to add that we have 8 - 2 week old chicks we are going to add to the mix in about a month.

Probably will want another tractor anyhow so why don't you go ahead and build one asap and put the roosters in it?
