birds coughing, question about eggs.

I've got 2 birds coughing/sneezing. I've never had sick birds before. I'm treating them with duramycine, but there was nothing on the package to say whether I should discard the eggs while treating them, or if they are safe to use.
I wouldn't be wasting the eggs if I do have to discard, I can use them for pysanky art. I just want to know if they are safe on the inside, or should not be used for eating.

It isn't labeled for laying hens, probably because of inadequate studies. I'd suggest not eating the eggs for 3 -4 days after ceasing treatment.
